These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 887pg ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 887pg online gaming platform, accessible at 887pg.net and any associated mobile interfaces.

887pg reserves the right to request identity documentation — including a Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) or other government-issued ID — from any player at any time to verify age, identity, or residence. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days constitutes grounds for account suspension.

Each individual may register and maintain only one 887pg account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, different devices, different IP addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to create a unique username and a secure password. Your password must be kept confidential at all times. 887pg strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account immediately after registration to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 887pg account, including all deposits, bets, and withdrawal requests. 887pg will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. All financial transactions on 887pg are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is 500 PKR. There is no maximum balance cap on the 887pg PKR wallet. Supported payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, MCB Bank, and UBL bank transfers. Supported methods are subject to change at 887pg's discretion.

Deposits are credited to your 887pg wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 887pg is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance on the provider's side.

Withdrawal requests are processed for verified accounts within 5 to 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts that have previously been used to deposit into the same 887pg account, or to accounts verified as belonging to the registered player through the KYC process. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash accounts registered to the player's verified Pakistani mobile number are processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Bank transfers to HBL, MCB Bank, and UBL are processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on interbank clearing schedules.
• Large withdrawals exceeding 50,000 PKR in a single transaction may be subject to additional identity verification before processing.
• 887pg reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending a full KYC review if the account has not previously completed identity verification.

Players are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to their gambling winnings under Pakistani law. 887pg does not provide tax advice and does not withhold taxes on player winnings.

887pg offers various promotional incentives including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback rebates, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the point of offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by the terms of that specific promotion in addition to these general Terms.

Unless a promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise, the following default bonus conditions apply to all 887pg promotions:

• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are issued to the account that claims the promotion. Bonuses are not transferable to other accounts.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• 887pg reserves the right to withdraw a bonus or cancel a player's eligibility for a promotion if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or multi-accounting.
• Bonuses expire 30 days after issue unless the individual promotion's terms specify a shorter validity period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are voided automatically.
• Free spins winnings are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless otherwise stated.

All games offered through the 887pg platform are powered by certified random number generator (RNG) technology or sourced from regulated live dealer providers. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action and cannot be influenced by 887pg staff, the player, or any third party once a round has commenced.

Each game category on 887pg — including Slots, Live Casino, Crash, Cockfighting, Jackpot Slots, and Sports Betting — is governed by its own set of game-specific rules. These rules are displayed within the game interface and constitute an extension of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between a game's specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules prevail for matters related to that game only.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during an active round, 887pg reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's PKR balance. Bets placed on malfunctioning rounds do not generate valid winnings. 887pg is not liable for losses resulting from telecommunications failures, internet disruptions, or device malfunctions on the player's side.

Sports betting markets are subject to the rules of the relevant sporting body, and 887pg's liability for payouts is limited to the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Live betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during an event at 887pg's discretion.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 887pg platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account closed immediately, and relevant balances may be forfeited:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one 887pg account, whether personally or in conjunction with other individuals.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through patterns of play designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, including but not limited to low-variance betting on single outcomes.
• Collusion: Coordinating play with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live poker or table game formats.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games in place of a human player.
• Fraudulent deposits: Depositing funds using stolen payment credentials, unauthorised third-party accounts, or fraudulent chargebacks.
• Money laundering: Using the 887pg platform to process, layer, or integrate proceeds of illegal activity. 887pg cooperates fully with Pakistani law enforcement and financial intelligence units.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks with Easypaisa, JazzCash, or any other payment provider for deposits that were legitimately processed and credited to your 887pg balance.
• Platform manipulation: Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, inject code into, or otherwise tamper with the 887pg platform, its software, or its communication systems.

887pg reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — circumstances where:

• The player has breached any clause of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity is detected or reasonably suspected;
• A player has self-excluded and attempted to re-register;
• An account has been inactive for 12 or more consecutive months;
• Required identity documents have not been provided within the specified timeframe;
• A government authority or court order requires suspension or closure.

On voluntary closure, players may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining PKR balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's last verified withdrawal method, provided all outstanding wagering requirements have been fulfilled. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be voided upon closure.

On closure due to breach of Terms, 887pg reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance as compensation for losses suffered by the platform due to the breach.

887pg is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players in Pakistan. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account settings at no charge and effective immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Set notifications that remind you how long you have been actively playing during a single session.

887pg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or system failures. This limitation applies regardless of whether 887pg has been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the form of action.

887pg provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated through official 887pg channels in advance wherever reasonably practicable.

All content on the 887pg platform — including but not limited to the 887pg brand name, logo, game interfaces, website design, text, graphics, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 887pg or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any 887pg intellectual property without prior written consent.

Game titles offered through 887pg — including Lucky Neko, Jackpot Slots, and Crash games — remain the intellectual property of their respective developers. 887pg holds valid distribution and display licences for all games offered on the platform.

887pg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. For non-material changes — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information — 887pg may make amendments without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

It is the player's responsibility to periodically review these Terms for changes. Continued use of the 887pg platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
